Nazik Arisian – Administrator
Nazik Arisian has been the Administrator of the church since April of 2002.  Nazik is a graduate of Fresno State with a Degree in business and a Masters in Public Administration.  Nazik’s administrative duties include the day-to-day handling of church business and managing the church facilties.  You may reach Nazik at

Nareg Apkarian – Volunteer

Nareg Apkarian is currently attending CSU Fresno studying Computer Science. On a volunteer basis, he is helping with respect to the church website and other technological aspects in the office.   

Lisa Der Simonian – Financial Services

Lisa has been the Church book keeper for 6 years. She is in charge of sorting and receipting all forms of income to the Church. Lisa has her Translation Diploma as well as a Bachelors Degree in English Literature and is knowledgeable with the French language. Lisa is an experienced paralegal and has excellent administrative skills.

Jasmina Kalanjian – Sunday School Superintendent

Jasmina Kalanjian has been the Superintendent at the Holy Trinity Sunday School since 2015. She truly loves her volunteer position with Holy Trinity Sunday School and has an amazing talent of being able to connect with and comfort even the most apprehensive of children through class time activities and stories. Jasmina received certification from Clovis Community College for accreditation in Medical Billing and Bookkeeping.

Shoghig Papoyan – Aladjian – Choir Director
Shoghig Papoyan-Aladjian moved to Fresno from Armenia in 1989.  Shoghig received her musical education in Yerevan, Armenia and performed with the Academic Choir of Armenia (capella) with Hovhannes Chakijian.  She has many musical accomplishments and is a professional seamstress and tailor, providing alterations at the Nordstrom Rack in addition to her duties as Choir Director.

Naira Shahsouvarian – Organist
Naira Shahsouvarian joined the Holy Trinity Armenian Church as an organist in 1993. Born in Yerevan, Armenia she attended Tchaikovsky’s School of Music and graduated from Komitas Conservatory with a PhD in Music, specialized in piano. As an accomplished musician Naira has performed on numerous stages during her career. She accompanies the Fresno State Choir, and has her own piano studio where she provides private piano lessons to many students.

Hagop Paklarian – (Sexton)
Hagop Paklarian is an accomplished artist. Hagop is known for his many paintings and murals in addition to keeping our church beautifully decorated and well kept. He is also very knowledgeable of the Church history and provides narrated tours of the sanctuary.

Lucille Gahvejian – Wedding Coordinator
For over 29 years, Lucille served the church in the capacity of secretary.  After her retirement, Lucille continues to serve the church as our wedding coordinator.  All those who marry in our church receive her guidance and care.

Tomas Santoyo – Custodian
Tomas is the custodian of our church facilities. Tomas maintains both halls, kitchen, and the Sunday school building besides having many other duties assigned to him.  Tomas is everyone’s right hand in the kitchen and he does not hesitate for a moment to help anyone who is in need of his help.

Raffi Mouradian – Tech Coordinator

Born and raised in Fresno, Raffi attended Hoover High School and went on to graduate from the world renowned Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. In Southern California, Raffi worked as a freelance fashion photographer for various modeling agencies and his work has been published in numerous magazine and has received numerous awards. Raffi returned to Fresno in 2002 and opened RSM Studios and has been working with the church since then. He recently took on the task of running the church’s social media as well as all the technical aspects of the church.

Liliana Hakopyan- Sunday Hostess

It is Liliana’s duty to make our small social hall ready for the coffee hour fellowship after the Church Badarak.
